The perfect HR starter kit is designed to ensure that your business is legally compliant. All of our documents meet the  minimum standard that your business needs to get the ball rolling with your people. 

It includes an initial consultation to assess your needs and includes;


1. Drawing up or reviewing your employee handbook & policies

2. Issuing template letters and employee Terms & Conditions of Employment

Pay As You Go HR ( Starting from £50 per month)

The Essential HR package is perfect for businesses which do not require a full time HR Manager or advisor, but  need the support on an ad hoc basis.

This package is a retainer based service, starting at £50 per month (* depending on the size of your business) and includes;

1. Annual updates of your contract of employment and employee handbook/policies

2. 24/7 advice via email or phone with an HR consultant

3. Regular legal email updates

4. On site HR advice or support is charged additionally at an hourly rate

Interim HR support - For when you need a little more 'hands on' support

This is ideal for start up entrepreneurs, small businesses that need a helping hand, or for established businesses that need a short term 'hands on' HR support function. 


We offer short term interim onsite HR support. This can range from 1 day a week, to 5 days a week, for a short term period. Competitive day rates apply.
